Father’s Day is a little different this year for Justin Tuck, former team captain and defensive end for the New York Giants. This is the first party without his father, Jimmy Lee Tuck, who died in 2024.

The NFL retired player, who is now CEO of Goldman Sachs, tells Alexa that he and his wife Lauran work together to “instill values such as hard work, integrity and perseverance” in his boys. “Individually, I try to lead, for example, showing them what it means to be a good man,” says the co-founder of the Rush for Literacy in Tuck. “Leadership is not about being the strongest voice; it is to define the standard through your actions.”
